REO Publisher is a unique web-based solution used for efficiently and effectively organizing, marketing and delivering investor due diligence for real estate owned (REO) sales.  The REO Publisher service provides an up-to-date, comprehensive and accessible hosted software listing of REO assets.  The format is designed to provide ultimate usability for investors to ensure they can easily access all potential REO properties that may be a good match for them.

We provide searchable, sortable, mappable listings for investors to access via a computer or their mobile phones.  We also actively manage relationships with over 200 registered & qualified investors who are experienced in purchasing bank-owned real estate.

All banks are expected to have a professional web presence as a necessary marketing tool for its business.  Banks also know the importance of maintaining a Real Estate Owned (REO) online listing to cut down on time-consuming investor phone calls to the REO department and increase sales possibilities.    The most common problems with bank’s online REO lists follow:

  1. Incomplete/Inaccurate: The bank will have listings and descriptions of its REO assets, but the list only represents a portion of its REO portfolio.  The asset descriptions are often vague or inaccurate.
  2. Out-of-date: The bank continues to market some properties as available after they are already sold.  The new incoming properties to the REO department are not displayed.
  3. Marketing: The listings are not described in a way that catches investor interest, and they are not presented in a way that makes it flexible for investors to find the opportunities right for them.  There is usually no way for an investor to immediately begin studying due diligence.
